Most of all, Celebrate Life! will give you the confidence to serve deliciously satisfying,beautifully presented, nutritious, whole plant foods to your family and friends, whether they are vegan or not. Each recipe has a prayer or affirmation to inspire you as you prepare the dish. The recipes are presented in seasonal-based meues for Buffets, Dinners, and a Celebration Day Brunch. Also included is a section called Kitchen Wisdon filled with valuable techniques and fun information, and rich with photographs. Jia reminds you that when preparing food, the most important ingredient is YOU!

Jia Patton is a vegan cooking instructor and the recipe author of John Robbin’s book, May All Be Fed, Diet for a New World.

In her classes she teaches the importance of using organic, locally grown fruits and vegetables and shows how to incorporate high nutrition foods into your diet.

Jia is also a certified Kali Ray TriYoga instructor, helps with raising her granddaughter, and loves to sew and tend her small garden.

She feels her real contribution to society is cultivating happiness in herself and others.
